United States shipping

We ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is $4.95 USD on orders below $60 USD and free on orders of $60 USD or more. The qualifying order amount is calculated after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Order details and preparation

Check that your shipping address and contact information are correct when you order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed so our team can check the order status. See the product page, checkout and your order communications for any fulfillment or delivery estimate provided for your order.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Any delivery estimate depends on the destination and selected service. Use the tracking link provided with your order for the carrier’s latest available delivery information. An estimate is not a guarantee of arrival on a particular day.

Shipment delays

If we cannot ship within an applicable promised shipment period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option and refund required by applicable law.

Help with a shipment

Contact our team with your order number if your tracking link is unavailable or you need help with a shipment. We will review the order and available tracking information.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellation is available only before fulfillment or shipment, subject to rights under applicable law. See our Returns & cancellations policy for the return window, packaging requirement and return process.
