These terms govern your use of pomavelle.com and purchases from Pomavelle. The store is operated by the limited liability company identified in the Company and contact section below. References to “Pomavelle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that company. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and use of the store
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has that capacity. Use the store lawfully. Prices, bundles and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review the selected bottle count, quantity, shipping charge, any applicable taxes and total at checkout before payment. Prices and availability can change for future orders. A bottle or bundle purchase is a one-time purchase and does not enroll you in a subscription or automatic refill plan.
Order information and corrections
Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud or an incorrect price. If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund that payment. We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement.
Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Shipping charges, tracking information and shipment help are described in our Shipping policy. Any delivery estimate depends on the destination and selected service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law if an order is delayed or not supplied.
Returns and cancellations
Our Returns & cancellations policy sets out the 30-day return-request window, original-packaging requirement, customer-paid return shipping and refund process. Cancellation is available only before an order has been fulfilled or shipped, subject to any additional rights under applicable law.
